GALLERY RENTAL
The gallery is approximately 2,000 square feet with 14′ ft ceilings and original building details including exposed beams and brick walls. The gallery makes a unique setting for private functions such as corporate or charity events, wedding receptions, intimate dinners, holiday parties or cocktail parties.
Our current exhibit will be the backdrop for your event. Rental does not include wall space.
ABOUT OUR SPACE
Capacity: 50 (seated dinner), 100 (stand-up reception)
Events may be held from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM during non-business hours unless approved by the gallery.
Business Hours:
Saturday: 10am-4pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm
All food must be catered where preparation and clean-up occur off-site.
Alcohol is permitted through a licensed Caterer or Bartender (see Alcohol Permission attachment).
Music may be played using our bluetooth speakers. Live entertainment can be used but noise levels must be contained to within the gallery. Permission to have dancing will depend upon the exhibition and must be approved prior to the event.
Parking is available in nearby lots/ramps and on nearby streets. We are in close proximity to public transit.
Public restrooms are located on the same floor as the gallery.
There is no storage on site - all unnecessary items must be removed from the gallery during the event.

1 - 4’ x 8’ moveable platforms (if not in use)

4 – 8 Hours: $650.00
8 + Hours: Call for Pricing and Availability
Security Deposit: $250.00
Overage Fee: $100.00/hour (time used beyond contracted amount)
