TINY ART EXPO 2025

Exhibit Dates: 11/28/25 thru 12/28/25

We are excited to invite all artists to enter Tiny Art Expo 2025, the original tiny art exhibition, where we fill the gallery walls with beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces that measure no more than 12” x 12” (including frame size) with a sale value of $100 or less. We think art makes the greatest gift so we encourage all mediums, content, skill-levels and abilities to submit!

KEY DATES

  • Submissions Open: 7/7/25

  • Submissions Close: 10/25/25

  • Artist Notifications Sent: 1-2 wks after submission, submissions that come in close to deadline will be notified by 11/1/25 at the latest.

  • Drop Off: Sunday, 11/16/25, 11am-4pm

  • Pick-Up:

    • Saturday, 1/3/26, 11am-4pm

    • Sunday, 1/4/26, 11am-4pm

SUBMISSION | JURYING PROCESS

  • Submissions will be juried based on a PORTFOLIO of work submitted; a curated collection of original artwork that clearly communicates who you are as an artist.

  • Portfolio Images:  Artist(s) can submit up to 10 images that best represent & reflect their artistic practice. 

  • If accepted, Artist(s) will curate & deliver a selection of up to *20 PIECES that best represent their portfolio & artistic practice.

  • Pieces presented in the portfolio submission are NOT required to be a part of the final curated offering; as long as final offering remains consistent with portfolio submitted & accepted.

  • Portfolio elements do not need to be from the same body of work, in the same medium, from any particular time period, or any other cohesive grouping.

TERMS | CONDITIONS

  • *Number of Pieces: Depending on response to the call, we estimate each artist will have opportunity to have 10-20 pieces curated into the exhibit. Final # of pieces we can accommodate will be provided after the call closes.

  • No Entrance Fee.

  • Sales and Operational Fee Policy:  Due to the extensive curatorial and logistical investment involved in producing this exhibition (last year we curated over 700 pieces), the Burl Gallery will retain 50% of the proceeds from any artwork sold as a combined hanging and operational fee and is non-negotiable. All sales shall be processed through the gallery, and payment to the artist will be remitted within 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale(s) occurred. 

  • 2-D Artwork ONLY (must hang on wall, no pedestal work accepted).

  • All artwork must be 12” x 12” or less (including frame)

  • All artwork must be for sale and must be $100 or less.  

  • 10% lead rate
